Over 100 years ago, the Azusa Street revival happened here in Los Angeles. And while the legacy of Azusa Street lives on globally, what remains of Azusa Street here in Los Angeles is not scratching the surface of this Greater harvest field, which is now home to 20 million souls.
But Jesus said if we believe, then we would do GREATER things.
In 2013, the McGoverns planted Angeles Church in the geographical heart of Greater LA. Over the next four years, God gave them a vision of even greater things, and called them to plant seven churches in Greater Los Angeles.
Answering the call, in 2017, they were approved to become LA’s first Metro Missionaries / Career Church Planters. They began deputizing in 2018, and will be planting their second church in Greater LA, in the Hollywood/NoHo area in 2019.
